Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid courses, workshops, and advisory retainers contracted with Neuralnetworklab. This website does not process payments; refunds relate to invoices issued under a separate agreement.

Eligibility and timeframe

For cohort courses, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of the fee paid. Cancellations inside 5 days are generally non-refundable unless we cancel the cohort.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds also apply if Neuralnetworklab cancels a program and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date. Partial refunds may apply when documented illness prevents attendance and unused future sessions remain; already delivered sessions are deducted at the pro-rata seat rate.

Non-refundable items

Completed Policy Briefing sessions, downloaded template packs once accessed under a completed workshop, and third-party venue fees passed through at cost are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@neuralnetworklab.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Neuralnetworklab

If we must cancel, you may choose a future cohort transfer or a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled program.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under German law remain unaffected. Custom in-house programs may include different cancellation terms stated in the statement of work.
